This fallacy is when something is true in one way or in one situation, but you act as if it's true in every way, with no exceptions. You drop the qualification ("in this respect," "in these circumstances") and apply the claim too broadly. What holds under certain conditions doesn't necessarily hold without them.
Examples
She's a citizen, so she can vote.
It's a natural product, so it's safe.
He's the most experienced, so he should get the job.
